ReplyDeleteI guess either you have to learn how to cook some of them using the pre-mix from supermarkets, pay exhorbitant amounts to eat in "authentic" singaporean restaurants, or have more singaporean friends who like and do actually cook.. preferably of mom's age so that they have the "years of experience" to whip up a good meal! hehe...
