First Things First

And I was wondering why the emails from my friends and relatives have been dwindling away. Lee Kiang sent me the link to her blog and I started tracking people down with the comments, links and, of course, Google. Lo and behold, there's everyone. I figured I might as well join the club.     Not just Char Kuey Teow, I'm sure! Hokkien Mee, Satay, Satay Beehoon, Chicken Rice, ChaSiew Rice, Wanton Mee, MeeBok, Loh Mee, Mee Siam, Otak, Nasi Lemak, Nasi Brani, Assam Fish, Fish Head Curry, Chilli Crab, Pepper Crab, mom's Lime Chicken, Lime juice ...... hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm :P~~

    haha, WELCOME to the BLOG world, big bro!!!!!

    I guess either you have to learn how to cook some of them using the pre-mix from supermarkets, pay exhorbitant amounts to eat in "authentic" singaporean restaurants, or have more singaporean friends who like and do actually cook.. preferably of mom's age so that they have the "years of experience" to whip up a good meal! hehe...
